Max grew up poor and Caroline grew up rich, but her father was set up in a scheme and so now she is also poor and broke. In this series for example, the one I find most offensive is Han Lee's personality and characteristics. The show is about him owning a restaurant and Max and Caroline are the waitresses who work there.
