    Over the past century, presidents have had to make different decisions for our country. But most of these decisions were passed by some sort of legislative body, like Congress or the Senate. Ronald Reagan's decision to bomb Libya was his own and made with the president's approval. Reagan had the courage to make an important decision himself because he knew it would be the right decision for his country. “Today we did what we had to do.
