    Primary and Backup Thought StylesIntroduction – Life Style Inventor (LSI) is a methodology used to measure approximately 12 specific styles of thought patterns that can help or hinder a person from To achieve its potential, it is organized into three general groups as follows: constructive, passive/defensive and aggressive/defensive. The goal of this article is to compare my computer-simulated assessment of my personal lifestyle based on the 12 model styles with my real-life personal behavior and to be able to find synergy between the two, and to working on the low lifestyle so I can reach my potential personally and professionally. This article will review my primary and secondary thinking style, the impact on management style, the genesis of personal style, and the conclusion and reflection of the entire exercise as it relates to me and my environment. Primary and Secondary Thinking Style: - The LSI survey indicated that my personal primary thinking style is Conventional with a percentile of 93%, while Backups are; humanistic-encouraging, dependent and competitive with a percentile of 90%. A critical examination of my investigation as it relates to both my primary and secondary styles actually has close manifestations in my life and work. I could attribute the conventional lifestyle I leave today to my family upbringing and which was later compounded by my first employer (Schlumberger Oilfield). services).
