Cancer is a disease that affects people all over the world. Today, in the United States alone, one in two men and one in three women will face cancer in their lifetime. There are hundreds of types and stages, with many treatment methods available.(footnote) It is difficult to keep up with all current treatments, even for a single type of cancer. However, if we want to beat cancer, we must treat it correctly and thoroughly. There are often no second chances.
